Newborns require their nappies to be changed regularly so between 20-30 is advised if using them exclusively and washing regularly.
For older babies, their nappies don't need to be changed as frequently, so a reusable baby wipe stash of 15 will typically suffice if you are doing regular washes.
How do I use and wash reusable baby wipes?
Store clean wipes in a container and keep them by your changing table/station. Simply dampen with water, use then wash alongside your newborn nappies or cloth nappies. It's as simple as that. There's no need to dry them after washing either.
What is the best material for cloth wipes?
They come in all types of fabrics and sizes, and some are even homemade. NappyLuxe wipes are made from 2-layers of super soft luxurious bamboo terry velour. They're the softest wipes going and your little one's bum will love them.
Alternative materials include terry cotton which is cheaper to manufacture but much rougher on delicate skin. We chose to use bamboo is it's more gentle for sensitive skin.
